I'm Ryan, 32 and from Scotland. Been living here since November and have a good few years left on my visa. Looking for somewhere for at least 3 months but if everything's ok, then it'd be good to have the option to extend.

Just looking for a comfortable place to rest alongside working hard and exercising. I've worked/lived with people for months at a time and always tried to clean up after myself and everyone who needs/wants help. I always try to make staying with me as pleasant as possible. Love cooking, eating healthy and always try keep noise to a minimum. I'm extremely respectful of people's space and property.

I'm at the gym most nights, weekends usually spent catching up with family and friends.
