Hiii, I am Zane, a male whv in Melbourne is looking for an apartment to rent. Ideally, move-in date is September 26th.

Requirements:
1. Safe, low crime rate
2. Approximately 40 minutes from the CBD via public transportation
3. Complete appliances, preferably with a clothes dryer
4. Well-developed public transportation, close to trains, trams, and buses
5. Nearby WWS/Coles/Aldi
6. Close to Asian supermarkets, restaurants, and markets
7. Off-street garage to avoid hassles
8. Good driving experience

My profile:
I'm a male, don't smoke, and am generally quiet, so I expect my roommate to be quiet when necessary. I don't have job for now and I plan to stay for at least a month and hope to move in by September 26th, as my youth hostel lease expires on that date.
