I am a mature, clean-living and very responsible female, retired Registered Nurse and busy with various projects out of home. I migrated to Perth from the UK many years ago.

Rent is negotiable depending on what is available, so please message me if I may be suitable. I'm flexible with options and will consider various situations, a room, granny flat, studio, apartment etc. furnished or unfurnished. Rent can be paid in advance and I will give plenty of notice of my moving out date.

I have sold my apartment (photos available to give an idea of my living circumstances) and I'm seeking a place to live in the area I wish to buy in, which may take a few months. Therefore a month to month arrangement would suit me if that works for you. I hope to move near to family in North Perth.

I need to vacate my home early November so needing a place around then.

I'm easy to get on with, respectful and have a practical and helpful nature. Having leased rooms myself in my own home and shared with others in their homes, I understand the etiquette of living with others. I'm responsible with electricity/water use etc and hardly cook. I'm also super clean and quiet.
