I am currently on Centrelink until I find employment, so I can't spend over $250-$300/week even though my profile showed that.
I am willing to pay for my cost in being in the home, but not willing to be charged these ridiculous amounts that mean I am essentially paying off your mortgage for you. I don't agree with exploitation of others for personal gain. Not cool.
I expect my privacy and common courtesy during any interactions, which I will reciprocate.
I am hoping to study this year too, so needing somewhere accommodating to that IE not a party house :)
