I’m moving to Melbourne on February 12th from Tasmania and am happy to pay rent from earlier to secure the right place.
A bit about me:
I’m 18 (turning 19 in February) and will be studying full-time Biomedical Science at RMIT, mainly in Bundoora but also in the CBD. I’ll be bringing my car interstate, so I’m not fussed about driving distances to uni as long as parking is available.
I’ve worked in hospitality for the past five years and plan to continue working while studying. I’m very friendly, easy-going, and outgoing, and I have no trouble getting along with others. I love spending time with friends, going to pilates, and heading out to live music and concerts, but I also really value my alone time and personal space.
While I haven’t officially lived in a share house before, I currently live with my mum and cousin and am very used to contributing to a household and being considerate of others. I understand how important communication and respect are when living together.
What I’m looking for:
• A pet-friendly place
• One room, ideally in a 2+ bedroom place
• Under $350 per week
• Parking space required
• Close to the city or with reasonable transport access
I’ll be bringing my gorgeous Maine Coon cat, Pando 🐾
He’s 12 years old, incredibly sweet and affectionate, fully litter-trained, and very well-behaved. He’s grown up around five dogs, so he’s comfortable with other animals. He is 100% my responsibility and won’t impact anyone else in the house—except maybe by offering emotional support cuddles.
