Doing labouring part time/sometimes do a full week. Looking to get into a real estate position soon. Got a bit saved so won't be late on rent.

Very respectful of others and don't make a lot of noise.

Looking for a fun house, don't care if it's guys/girls or mixed, happy to stay in and binge movies or go on a night out as I'm fairly easy going
