Hello

(Long bio but need to ensure I can find right living situation for myself ) .

I am looking for an unfurnished room to rent flexible length of stay to start out but providied if all goes well 6 plus or more.
I need my own ensuite or bathroom if possible .
No bond or small bond preferred I recently move and its costed me just to move again :( .
I am looking for longer term at this stage and stability so hoping to find the right place I have had to move quite alot of times in the past and its very disruptive and stressful as you would know :( .
Also have autism so its not fun (so people understanding of those on spectrum ) .
I am australian female , no pets , non-smoker , quiet , easy going , friendly, respectful and pride myself on cleanlinIess (not a slob) but also I am not over the top about it either and wont be constantly on peoples backs about it /vice versa (I know you will get around it eventually haha ) . Basically dont want to be made to feel like I am walking in egg shells consistently and vice versa but obviously open to the chats now and then if need be.
I also would require room to run my own fridge and shelving space for pantry stuff and storage space for a few tubs and things depending on what can fit in wardrobe in room .
I am slightly social at times but mostly introverted and would be keeping to myself majority of the time .
Not after a party house and no loud noise /music, drugs , dramas .
I am studying at the moment and receive an allowance fortnightly and can provide ledgers and have excellent references.
I am active and head to the gym a fair bit also and get out occasionally.
