Hi,

My name is Andrew, I'm a 37 year old Plumber, wanting to relocate to the GC.

I’m an easy going guy who enjoys the simple things in life. I’m looking for somewhere to call home for a short period until I find my own place.

I have a 13 year old Schnoodle called Sadie, aka Hairy Maclary. Sadie is my shadow. She is an exceptionally well behaved dog. She is toilet trained, no lead required for walks and keeps to her self.

I have been a home owner of several houses from 2012 to 2025. I understand the value and importance of an excellent tenant as houses require respect, care & attention. I am committed to maintaining the property as if it was my own.

I have a current police check that I can provide on request.
