🏡 Third Housemate Wanted – Chill, Clean, and Shift-Worker Friendly

Hey! We’re two housemates (Conor 25M and Sarah 31F) looking for a third to join us in our hunt for a new home — someone easygoing, respectful, and cool with the rhythms of shift work life.
📍 Location: Hamilton, Merewether, Newcastle east, Tighes hill, Maryville or Carrington 
💰 Rent: under $300 per week each + utilities
📅 Move-in: as close to the 19th of November 2025 as possible

About Us:
Both of us are currently working full-time in hospitality, so we keep things pretty low-key at home — quiet mornings, late dinners, blackout curtains, you know the deal. We’re clean (not uptight), respectful of shared spaces, and greatly appreciate open communication.

We’re also LGBTQ+ friendly and want to keep this a welcoming, inclusive space for all. No drama, no judgment, just good vibes and mutual respect.
