Abbie

Hey - my name is Abbie (she/her) and I’m a 30yo Brit who has just moved to Perth on a working holiday visa! I am taking a sabbatical from my disaster management career in London, though I’m originally from Liverpool.

I am looking for room in a chill and sociable (but not party!) house with a minimum of a 6 month contract. My budget is around $300-$350 per week with bills included, but I can be flexible for the right place.

A bit about me! I am a bit of an ambivert - I love exploring / brunch / trying new activities / chill nights in with friends, but equally really value my own time reading / playing cozy games to recharge my social battery! I do like going out for a few drinks every so often, but I am way past my clubbing / partying era and like to be in bed at a reasonable time so you don’t have to worry about that! I am a seasoned houseshare-er and have lived in a few different ones over the past 10 years, so I know the ropes and am clean, tidy, respectful and contribute my fair share.

I’d love to live with people that I can be friends with, as I’ve just moved to a new country by myself! But I equally respect that you will have your own social circles too - luckily I do have some family and friends who live in Perth, and I also intend on doing some travelling whilst I’m here, so won’t be around all the time.
