Hello! My name is Smriteek Dash, and I’m a Master’s student at The University of Queensland. I’ve been based in Brisbane since February 2026 and am currently looking for a property to rent with two close friends, both also UQ students in the same cohort.

A bit about us: we’re responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces (genuinely clean and organized). Our lifestyle is quiet and routine-focused. We enjoy football, gaming, and downtime at home, but we’re not a party household. We value a calm, well-maintained living environment and take pride in keeping it that way.

What we’re looking for:
Proximity to public transport (top priority)
Preferred areas: Indooroopilly, St Lucia, Toowong, Auchenflower, West End
Open to apartments or houses, including teaming up to lease larger properties

We’re reliable tenants who will treat the property with care and respect. Happy to provide references or any additional information if needed.
