I'm a 22-year-old female student. My friend and I will be starting our masters degree at Monash University Clayton in February 2026. We are looking for an accommodation with a budget rent of $200 to $220 per week (bills included).

I would prefer a girls only place with ambivert girls like me. I would love to hangout with my roommates and have fun nights both in and out. I also like my own space sometimes. Don't worry, I have stayed in hostels for years and I am very adjusting in nature. I intend to work part-time but have not found one yet.
