I'm a 22-year-old female student. I will be starting my masters degree at Monash University Clayton for the February 2026 intake. I am looking for an accommodation with a budget rent of $250/week.

I would prefer a girls only place with ambivert girls like me. I would love to hangout with my roommates and have fun nights both in and out. I also like my own space sometimes. Don't worry, I have stayed in hostels for years and I am very adjusting in nature. I intend to work part-time but have not found one yet.
