I’m currently studying for my master and working for a casual hospitality job in CBD. Looking forward to move in between the end of October to beginning of Nov (I need to notice my current lease three weeks before moving out)

I have been considered as tidy by my flatmates (known them since Uni) as i will not leave trash and dishes for days and clean communal spaces when it’s needed.

I would enjoy a sociable flatmates and not being fussy about tiny things. However, please let me know if there is a certain rules. Personally, i’m okay if someone come over but not too often.

I hope there is a honest, reasonable and healthy communication between flatmates when it comes to conflict. Remember that we are a human being and not perfect sometimes.
