Hi, i'm James!

Im a 32yo (gay) guy from Surrey, England taking the big leap of starting a new life in Oz. Landing on the 22nd October on a permanent residency visa, im keen to find a place that'll feel like home and where I can make some fun new friends at the same time.

Previously owned my own flats and houses in England. I have now owned 3 properties to date, therefore have evidenced strong payment guarantee to substitute the lack of rental references available to me.

I'm an extremely tidy, compassionate and respectful person who appreciates other people's private spaces and belongings. I love meeting and connecting with new people, whether thats over a coffee, food, adventure or night out...but I won't be making my accommodation a party environment, so don't worry! Love a good chat over decent food and wine, or just appreciating the good ol' life outdoors.

Flexible on length stay and happy to have a conversation. Ill likely have a car so some form of parking will be required.
