Hey there! I’m Lana. My beautiful 6 year old son and I are relocating to the GC in January 2026. Looking for a safe, cosy and welcoming spot to call home as we settle into our new state.

I have secured full time work as a psychologist prior to our move. My son will be starting Year 1 next year.

Seeking 2 bedroom. My son is with me week on/week off. Ideally a spot with an outdoor space (balcony or small courtyard/yard).

Budget up to $500-$600. Happy to go to $750 for the right place. Ideally walking distance to the beach. Mermaid, Broadbeach area but open to location.
