Im just reaching out to express my interest in being part of flat for myself (24M). I’m in my mid twenties as of this year :p, I currently study at Monash, caulfield campus and work part time around malvern.

Just some reasons why I think you should consider me :p

1) My family’s main source of income in my home country is rental so I know the need for a good tenant and the one who pays on time. Hence, I would never be late on rent. I always clean up after myself, and in general will keep the house clean.

2) Im quite a fun, funny and friendly person in general. Quite active so if you need some company for a walk or dancing or a concert or the beach.

3) Learning to cook great food ( everyone loves Indian food but definitely not trying limit myself to it), I’m good with either cooking together or alone.

4) Super respectful of everyone’s time and space, so you’ll never have issues related to privacy or personal boundaries.
