I'll start with what is occasionally the deal breaker, I have a cat. Fully housetrained, part sloth, part wombat, I believe she could be the only one of her kind. I am an intermittent traveler, student and full time hospitality worker.
I'm moving from the Sunshine Coast to Hobart around mid Nov, looking to buy eventually, but need a rental first. I come with some furniture, a lot of kitchen appliances and am ideally looking for someone to share a new rental property with, but am not adverse to moving into an established house hold.
I like my space, but I'm not weird about it.
