I've recently come back from travelling and am looking for a place to rent while I search for some land/house to buy down the Huon Valley. I’m looking to rent for 3 months at the start, but possibly longer.
I'm a quiet, clean, 40 year old, who is keen on hiking and mountain biking. I'll most likely be out hiking on my weekends over summer. I also enjoy getting out to see some gigs, so keen to be within walking/riding distance of the city. I currently work in Derwent Park, so would love to be within cycling distance of work too.
