Hi everyone! 👋
We’re Nick Hess and Otto Flach, two German professionals working for SAP Germany, and we’ll be in Australia on a full-time business trip for about 2.5 months (late December / early January until mid-March).

We’re looking for either:
• a 2-bedroom apartment, or
• 2 rooms in a shared flat with friendly, easygoing people.

A bit about us:
Otto has always been passionate about sports – he played football for many years and even volunteered as a youth coach. He loves going to the gym, running, and traveling to explore new places.
Nick has been boxing for several years and also works as the treasurer at his local boxing club. He’s into photography, surfing, and running — and actually backpacked through Australia last year, which makes him super excited to be back!

We both value a clean, calm, and respectful living environment. We’re in steady relationships, not into partying, and will treat any place we stay in with great care.

Financially, everything is secure — besides our regular salaries, SAP provides us with an additional housing budget for our stay, so rent and bond are no issue.

We’d love to find a nice place to call home during our time in Australia and to meet some great people along the way!
