I'm an ideal flatmate because I am reliable, tidy, and respectful of others' time and space. I always pay rent and bills on time, and I take shared cleanliness seriously (I always clean up immediately after cooking/using common areas). While I'm focused on my studies during the week, I enjoy being social and getting to know new people.
What I'm Looking For:
I am looking for a room in a friendly, quiet shared house or apartment in the Ultimo, Chippendale, Glebe, Redfern, or Newtown areas. My budget is approximately $250 AUD per week (including bills).
My key requirements are:
A furnished private room (a bed, desk, and storage).
Don't need any parking.
I’m flexible on the number of flatmates and don't require an ensuite bathroom. I’m hoping to find a place that feels like a home base while I focus on my studies.
