Hey! I’m 19 and studying a Film and Law double degree at QUT. I’m a musical theatre geek, scuba diver, and a terrible yet enthusiastic dancer. I love cooking; I’ve got a few reliable go-tos, but i find that just experimenting and hoping for the best is loads of fun. Current success rate: 0 fires and 0 hospital trips. I was born and raised on the Sunny Coast but spent the last four years abroad finishing high school at different international boarding schools across Europe. I’ve seen 25 countries, but only long enough to realise I need to go back and find all the non-touristy, magical spots… preferably the ones with food. (I really, really like food.). Personality-wise, I’m an omnivert — pretty outgoing when I go out, but quiet and content with a book or movie when I’m home. I’m currently working as a maître d’ at a fine dining restaurant while working toward my dream career in film. I’m looking to share a place with other uni students who have a similar attitude toward work–life balance — people who are creative, respectful, and up for a bit of fun (bonus points if you like trying new food or watching musicals).
