I always pay rent and bills on time, like keeping shared areas clean and I like a relaxed vibe after work. I’m social and enjoy a chat or shared meal, but also appreciate quiet time and personal space.

I’m looking for a private room in the St Kilda / Balaclava area (or nearby), ideally close to public transport. A fully furnished room would be amazing, but not essential.
