I’m putting some feels out to see what might be available around January February next year as I am thinking about selling my house and moving on to other things.

I’m currently work, run a business and have a side gig so I’m relatively busy. I work from home or I’ll head out and work from cafes etc.

I’m looking for something for 6 months, potentially longer depending on my plan and circumstances.

I like my home to be a place I can come and chill out because I’m always on the go. Happy to socialise now and then but I tend to keep to myself.

Having a cleaner would be ideal. I don’t mind Pets. I would like to not be on a lease just so I have freedom to move should I decide to buy another home. Prefer bills included.

I’m clean and considerate, have rented previous to me living in my own place so I’m familiar with my obligations as a flatmate.
