Max, Eli and PJ

Hi! We are three students/young professionals looking for a whole property to rent or 3 bedrooms around South Yarra, Windsor, Albert Park or Southbank. We are:

Max: PhD candidate working part time as a software developer
Eli: Student at RMIT
PJ: A recent graduate currently working full-time while he starts his career in engineering

We all have a clean rent history of 3 years in Melbourne. Currently Max is residing in Southbank. Eli and Pj (the two in the photo) are sharing currently in Elwood with their current rental contract ending late February.

We’re clean, non-smokers, and very respectful of the property. We’re all pretty focused on our work and studies, so we value a quiet, tidy home.
