Hi, I’m Charlotte 👋
33 y/o kiwi moving back to Sydney in early Jan 2026 having secured a new role as Business Development Manager at an architecture studio. After a few years back home in NZ due to Covid, I can’t wait to get back to the Sydney lifestyle near the beaches - ideally around Coogee, Clovelly, Bronte, Randwick, or nearby suburbs.

I’m respectful, clean, and tidy, and value living with someone like-minded - ideally in a similar stage of life who appreciates a calm, comfortable home but is also up for a chat, shared meal (at home or out), or wine now and then.

During the week I’m usually balancing work with keeping active (gym / pilates / walks). I love good food, coffee, travel, and catching up with friends and family, and I’m hoping to find a home where things feel easy, relaxed, and friendly.
