Hiiii!! My partner (male, 32) and I are looking for our new home! Looking for a studio, granny flat or a room with own bathroom (a study or own lounge room would be ideal but not a necessity). We are quite flexible as long as we have our own bathroom. Prefer Southside but again not a dealbreaker.
