Hi, I’m Lawrence. I’ve recently moved to Brisbane from Victoria for work and am currently employed as a fire technician, where I'll be doing my Masters in March. I have a stable income, I’m reliable and organised, and I take pride in keeping my home clean and well-maintained.

Outside of work and study, I live an active lifestyle and enjoy golf, running, and going to the gym. I’m easygoing, respectful, and social, but I’m also very mindful of giving housemates their own space and downtime. I keep a balanced routine and value a calm, comfortable living environment.

I’m currently looking for a rental apartment in Brisbane City or the surrounding suburbs. Ideally, I’m hoping to find a well-kept place where I can settle in long-term. I do have a car, so a parking space—or suitable street parking—would be important.
