Gigi

Hi everyone! My name is Gigi Maccagnini and my roommate Conner and I are on the hunt for a third roommate!! We are both 24 and we’re super easygoing, active and happy people 😇 Hence, we are looking for someone similar to join our household!

We have moved into a three bedroom townhouse in a prime location in Subiaco. We need someone to fill our third bedroom! This bedroom has its own full, large bathroom and you will get access to a parking spot.

The house is in such an ideal spot. We are a 5 minute walk to all the main shops, cafes and bars of Subiaco, a 5 min walk to Daglish train station, and a 10 min walk to Subiaco train station, making it super easy to get to work or anywhere you’ll need to go! The beach is only a 13 minute drive away and Perth city is the same.

We’re currently looking for a great person to live with. We are only open singles, male or female, just anyone with a good vibe really. We’d love to find someone who is friendly, respectful and easy to live with and wants to create a positive, low-stress, and social household together.

I (Gigi) am working full time as a biomedical engineer in Perth, and Conner is a New Zealander that is working full time as a plumber. We are both busy with work during the day, hence, home is a calm, tidy space for us to recharge and have a good old chat.

We’re clean and considerate of shared spaces. We enjoy cooking, watching footy (AFL), going to the beach, running everyday, and a relaxed night in, as well as getting out for a good meal. We don’t smoke and love dogs!
