I’m looking for a place around Perth CBD, West Perth, East Perth, Subiaco or Shenton Park from early January 2027.

✔️ Female, quiet, clean and reliable
✔️ Currently completing a Master of Teaching at ECU
✔️ Working in schools and as a private maths tutor
✔️ Non-smoker, no pets and no parties
✔️ Looking for a long-term home, preferably for 6-12 months
✔️ Respectful and always pay rent on time
What I’m looking for:
🏠 A studio, one-bedroom apartment, or a private room with an ensuite
🛋️ Furnished would be preferred
🚗 A secure, dedicated car bay is essential
📍 Convenient access to Perth CBD and Shenton Park
💰 Budget: around $500 per week
📅 Move-in: early January 2027
📝 A formal written agreement with the bond lodged through Bonds Administration
