Hey there!
I’m Kaiya, a 28 y/o woman, new to Sydney on a working holiday visa starting this December.

I’m looking for a sharehouse that feels like home, with like-minded people around my age. I plan to stay for at least three months, and hopefully longer. It would be great if the room is furnished and the place is within walking distance of public transport. I’m not after a party house, but I’d love to have the occasional dinner or chat with housemates.

A little bit about me:
I always keep my room neat and tidy.
I’ve been living with friends in a share house for the past three years, without any problems.
I’m a non-smoker, have no kids, and I love animals, (but, sadly I’m allergic to cats). I’m trying to become a morning person and keep a consistent routine.

I’d describe myself as an introverted extrovert – friendly and sociable, but I value my me-time to recharge. So I’m generally more of an introvert at home.

I previously worked at a sandwich shop as an all-rounder, including doing baking and some managerial duties. so I'll be working in the hospitality field while in Sydney.

In my free time, I love exploring the city, visiting new cafés and restaurants, cooking simple meals, working out.

I’m big on cultural respect and love chatting with people from all walks of life.

I’m hoping to find a place with friendly flatmates.
