I am a clean person that is considerate and respectful with sober habits. I am an international student that is training full time as a student pilot so you can expect me to be busy with school with early mornings departures and late afternoon arrivals. Though I am not currently working, I am financially supported by my family back in Papua New Guinea who own and manage properties so paying rent on time will not be an issue. I do not have any allergies and am open to living with pets just as long as they are trained and well looked after by the guardian.
