Hiya! I'm moving from Perth to Melb in January and looking for a new start, I've been living for 10 years in the same rental in Perth, I always keep my space clean and collected, if i'm not working i'm usually down for a wine and a yap.

I'm generally quiet and keep to myself, I'm mostly an outdoorsy person, so hiking, surfing, 4x4, but i'd spend most my weeknights reading or playing video games.

Non-smoker, very light drinker, I have two cats that will follow me after a few weeks in Melbourne, they are both extremely friendly to new people and other animals they love to snoop and sleep on anyone in lap range, I have a car that i'll be picking up on the day I land.

Happy to pay 450 up to 480 p/w if the cats are a bother, looking for something 6 months up to a year if we vibe.
