I am a 30-year-old woman looking for a long-term low maintenance rental and hoping to find a comfortable, safe property. I’m seeking a quiet and respectful place to call home.

Although I am currently unable to work due to a permanent workplace injury, I have a secure and ongoing WorkCover income and can provide full supporting documentation and proof of income if required. This allows me to ensure consistent, on-time rent payments and long-term reliability.

I don’t have any pets or children, I’m not overly social so live a quiet, relaxed lifestyle. I enjoy arts & crafts and sitting out in nature. Since my injury I’ve become abit of a homebody so got into some tv shows and reading books. I don’t smoke nor do I drink alcohol.

I am ideally seeking a self-contained property such as an independent studio, granny flat, bungalow, or small apartment with private facilities including a bathroom, living area (does need to be big), kitchenette/kitchen and ideally a private laundry. Having a private, self-contained space is important to me and suits my current lifestyle/medical needs.

As a tenant, I take pride for the home I live in and always keep them clean, tidy, and well looked after. I hope to find my new place as soon as possible.
