About me:
31, American, down to earth and easy going, gay, new to Sydney as of Sept 2025, work full-time in higher education admin (3 days from home, 2 in office), here until September 2026, maybe longer? Excited to continue exploring Sydney, play volleyball, pickleball, dragon boating, and chill on the beach in my free time.

About you:
Ideally in my age range +\- ~10years, relatively clean, chill, friendly, and good communicator interested in the potential for friendship (not just an awkward business agreement that we live together haha). Let’s go to happy hour or share a meal on occasion type vibes (but also recognize each other’s need for private space).

Looking for:
Private room, fully furnished with a desk setup (or at least space for one), air condition(!!!), washer/dryer, and, something very near public transportation/groceries. A walkable neighborhood with lots of cafes and things to do in the area would be great.

Timeline:
Been in Randwick the last couple months, just need to give 2 weeks notice for my current place so I’m waiting for the right fit and not in a rush to commit to anything. Open to shorter term or longer term options (2 - 6 months+).
