Hi everyone! I’m Tristan, 21 years old, and from Edinburgh, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I’m heading to Brisbane in just over a month!

I am looking to base myself around the Ascot, Hamilton, or Clayfield areas, in a fully furnished, bills included room within or near those suburbs.
I am also very open to other surrounding neighbourhood’s that are well-connected to those pockets by public transport.

Dates: 20th of July until at least 8th of October (flexible to stay a little longer if needed)

Budget: $280-$340 AUD p/w, but can be flexible for the right place :)

I have been living in a lovely place in Adelaide for the past 5 months and am happy to provide a character/house reference from my current stay!

I’m friendly, love meeting new people, and always up for a chat or a shared meal, but I also completely respect everyone’s personal space and downtime.

I enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle, don't smoke and rarely drink. I am extremely tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I’ll likely be working long hours, so really just need a quiet and safe place to get some rest to recharge.
