Hi everyone! I’m Tristan, 21 years old, and from Edinburgh, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I’m heading to Sydney at the beginning of October and looking to rent a fully furnished room :)

Somewhere close to major public transport links, and ideally less than 40 mins away from the entertainment quarter!

Move in date: 5th October (can be flexible)

Budget: $340 AUD p/w - can be flexible for the right place :)

I have been living in a lovely place in Adelaide for the past 5 months and am happy to provide a character/house reference from my current stay!

I’m friendly, love meeting new people, and always up for a chat or a shared meal, but I also completely respect everyone’s personal space and downtime.

I enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle, don't smoke and rarely drink. I am extremely tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I’ll likely be working long hours, so really just need a quiet and safe place to get some rest to recharge.
