About Me
My parents provide me with a stable monthly allowance, so rent will always be paid on time without any issues. I’ll be based in Melbourne long-term and plan to stay through the holidays to work, so you won’t have to worry about an early lease termination.

Lifestyle
I’m a quiet and independent person. Apart from cooking in the kitchen, I mostly stay in my own room studying or relaxing. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and won’t be hosting parties. I care a lot about cleanliness and always tidy up after myself, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen.

Cooking
I enjoy cooking — mostly Chinese food — so I’d love a place where I can use the kitchen freely. Happy to share dishes with housemates occasionally too!

What I’m Looking For

• Within 1 hour of UniMelb by public transport (I don’t drive, so good transit access is essential)
• Kitchen access without restrictions
• Clean, tidy housemates with a relatively regular schedule
