- house proud, very tidy and clean, trained/raised by my grandmother and mother, (I'm not the kind of guy to leave beard trimmings in the sink or piles of dirty dishes in the sink)
- respectful of boundaries and others' personal space/time
- working 3-4 days a week, so not home all the time
- free healthcare assistance if you need it
- loves to cook, happy to contribute to house dinner nights
- I can move between extrovert/introvert and know when people need personal space, can be easily persuaded into a couple of glasses of wine while we chat on the couch
