George and Rachael

Me and my partner are ticking off all of the Working Holiday Visas one by one. We’ve already done NZ and Canada and are excited to be arriving in Sydney at the end of February after 6 months of travelling.

We already have income from our rental property in London, so will have no problem paying rent from the start. We are also happy to start paying rent earlier if it helps us to find the right room.

A bit about us, we’re both sociable and love the outdoors! Rachael is into rock climbing and aerial hoop whilst I love nearly anything sporty and being near the beach, I’m especially excited to get better at surfing whilst in Sydney. We’re always down for a few beers with housemates.

We were the head tenants of our property whilst living in Queenstown, NZ and landlords of our place in the UK, so we know how important it is to find responsible people that are right for the property.

We are both clean and considerate and hoping to find a nice room with a decent group of housemates that like to be social but maybe like us, aren’t quite the party animals we once were.

Also very open to teaming up with the right group of people.
