I’m a morning person with a regular routine — I usually go to bed around 11pm and wake up around 8am. I value good sleep and prefer a quiet home, especially at night.
I’m clean, respectful, and happy to share responsibility for keeping common areas tidy (weekly rotation works well for me). I don’t host parties and prefer not to have guests late at night.
I’m open to a granny flat, studio, or a quiet house share. I need a bedroom without carpet (dust mite allergy).
