I’m moving to Melbourne in early January and am looking to secure a room before I arrive. I’m a 30-year-old single female — quiet, clean, and a non-smoker. I enjoy cooking and keeping shared spaces tidy.

I’ll be working during the week as a certified relief teacher (CRT), so my schedule is fairly consistent and professional.

Ideally, I’m looking for a private, furnished room in Western or Northern Melbourne, with a budget of around $350 per week.
