Noel

Hi there!

My name is Noel, I'm 29 years old and I'm from Sydney. I have just obtained a position as a high school music teacher at Canberra Grammar School for 2026 onwards. I plan on relocating in early to mid January.

I am a very tidy person and I do not drink or smoke. My hobbies include playing video games, sports and going to the gym. I consider myself a social but soft natured person that is a great communicator. I take pride in my responsibilties and my payments will always be prompt to ensure I am not causing inconvenience. I am open to extending the lease period depending on the most optimal situation for everyone.

I will return to Sydney throughout the year, primarily through school holidays.

I am also a classical pianist but will keep my practice at my workplace.

I am looking for a place that is walking distance to Canberra Grammar School (under a 40 minute walk), and a space that can accomodate a computer set up.
