My name is Emi, I’m a 24-year-old from Japan, currently on a Working Holiday visa.

I’ve been living and working in Melbourne and Townsville, and I’ve recently moved to Perth! I’m excited to start a new chapter here!

I’m a very organized, tidy, and respectful person. I always make sure to keep shared spaces clean and respect others’ privacy, so you can count on me to be a responsible housemate. 🧼✨

I’ve gained experience working in cafés and restaurants in Australia, and I’m currently looking for a new job in Perth.

In my free time, I love exploring new places, going to the beach, enjoying a good coffee, and doing Pilates. I’m a non-smoker and I don’t have any pets.

I’m looking for a furnished private room in one of the following areas:

* Subiaco
* Leederville
* Mount Lawley
* South Perth
* Mount Hawthorn

My budget is around $200–280 per week, preferably including bills.

I’d love to live in a friendly and relaxed household where everyone respects each other. While I enjoy my own time, I’m always up for a friendly chat or an occasional meal together!

I’m already in Perth, so I’m available for in-person inspections and would love to move in as soon as possible!
