Hey everyone! I’m relocating to Perth from Sydney for work and I’m on the hunt for a short‑term place while I get settled. I’m aiming for something from 11 January to 18 February, but I’m pretty flexible if the vibe is right.

I’m also totally open to teaming up with someone to find a place together. If you’ve ever wanted a spare room for a home office or a creative space, even better. I’m into photography and would love a little studio setup on weekends.

A bit about me: I’m 38, originally from the UK, and I’ve been in Sydney for the last eight years working in commercial construction. I’m active, train most days, and play a lot of tennis , so if you’re near a club, that’s a huge win. I’m also into photography and other creative hobbies, and I’m usually out and about keeping busy.

I’ve lived in share houses for years, so I’m clean, respectful, easy to get along with, and always on time with rent and bills. I’m social but also appreciate downtime so to happy to hang out, grab a drink, or do our own thing.
