Hey everyone! I’ve relocated to Perth from Sydney for work and I’m looking for a place to call home. Ideally I’m after something long‑term, but I’m also open to short‑term options while I get settled.

I’m also open to teaming up with someone to find a place together. Having a spare room or a bit of extra space would be ideal, just so we’re not living on top of each other and can both have a good balance of shared and personal space.

A bit about me: I’m 38, originally from the UK, and I’ve been in Sydney for the last eight years working in commercial construction. I’m active, train most days, and play a lot of tennis , so if you’re near a club, that’s a huge win. I’m also into photography and other creative hobbies, and I’m usually out and about keeping busy.

I’ve lived in share houses for years, so I’m clean, respectful, easy to get along with, and always on time with rent and bills. I’m social but also appreciate downtime so to happy to hang out, grab a drink, or do our own thing.
