Heya, I'm a full-time professional looking for an apartment to stay for my younger brother who is studying at UNSW. I'm based in Canberra but do frequent visits to Sydney for family catch ups and enjoy the lively foodie scene too. My younger brother is a shy extrovert looking to move off campus to begin a new chapter of city living. He is studious and a good chat, keen for a bevvy or dessert at home or out.
Neither my brother nor I have pets or kids, we prefer a furnished apartment for convenience but are easy with furnishings either way. We do enjoy our privacy in a contained apartment unit as well. We are looking to start a lease in ear or mid-January but could consider something sooner too.
