Hi everyone!
I'm Mario, a researcher from Indonesia. I will be joining Monash University (Clayton Campus) for a 3-month research project starting [2 Feb- 30 Apr] and am looking for a room nearby.
A bit about me: I’m a clean, quiet, and respectful professional. Since I’ll be focused on my research, I’ll likely spend most of my weekdays at the university. I enjoy a peaceful home environment but am always up for a friendly chat or a shared meal. Non-smoker and no pets.
What I’m looking for:
Location: Clayton, Notting Hill, Mulgrave, or Oakleigh East (ideally within walking or short bus distance to Monash Clayton).
Duration: 3 months (Short-term).
Budget: Flexible, but ideally around $200 – $300 per week (including bills).
Room: Furnished (bed, desk, and chair are essential for my work).
