Jack

Hey! I’m Jack — a uni student looking to join a share house with other students or young professionals.

I’ve been working in hospitality for the past 4.5 years and currently work as a bartender at the Park Hotel Ballarat (nearly 2 years there). I also work part-time as a Year 12 study centre tutor at St Patrick’s College, helping students with schoolwork and general life stuff. I’m reliable, organised, and pretty used to balancing work and study.

I’m studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering (Honours) at RMIT, aiming to finish in 2028. Moving closer to the city will cut down a massive commute and make uni, work, and future internships way more manageable.

Outside of uni and work, I’m into collecting vinyl records, playing golf, and rowing. I compete in rowing and plan to join a Melbourne club once I move, so I’m usually busy and active but also enjoy downtime at home.

As a flatmate, I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I like a chill, tidy house, I’m good with shared responsibilities, and I’m mindful of noise and other people’s schedules. Happy to hang out, but also comfortable doing my own thing.
