Hi, I’m Ellie 👋
I’m a full-time special education teacher working at Mancel College in Brisbane. I’m originally from the UK, I’m 27, and I moved to Brisbane in March. I’m now looking for a comfortable, well-located place to call home for the longer term, ideally close to the city and the river, with like-minded people.
I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I’m a non-smoker and generally pretty quiet during the week, but I do enjoy being social and having a chat or the odd drink at the weekend. I’m mindful of shared spaces and neighbours and always keep things relaxed and respectful at home.
Outside of work, I love being outdoors and making the most of living in Queensland. I enjoy hiking, trail running, bouldering and rock climbing, and I recently competed in a 100-mile race through the Snowy Mountains. I’m always keen on day trips and little adventures, whether that’s heading out to explore new places, going hiking or camping for the weekend, or planning the next travel trip. At home, I’m more about shared meals, movie nights or board games than big parties.
I’m looking for a friendly, considerate share with like-minded people who enjoy living together, getting out and about, and also respecting each other’s space. I’m reliable with rent and bills and can provide references if needed.
