Hey! I’m Kalki,

I’m looking for a share house around Carlton, Parkville, Fitzroy, or Brunswick for the end of January or early Feb. My budget is around $250 a week.

I’m about to start a Bachelor of Arts at UniMelb (mostly international relations). I’ve just moved to Melbourne after finishing school in Nepal. My family’s lived around Southeast Asia for the last 11 years, so I’m very used to shared living and different cultures. Dad’s British-Indian, mum’s Australian, and being a third culture kid has definitely shaped how I see the world.

I’m pretty social and always up for a drink, a chat, or checking out what Melbourne has to offer. Big cricket fan, played football at the Barcelona Academy, and I love hiking. I’ve done a few big treks in Nepal, including Annapurna Base Camp and a 6,500 m summit (Mera Peak), so I’m always keen for an adventure.

House-wise, I’m clean, organised, and used to pulling my weight. Not a master chef, but I come with a family cookbook, help with prep and clean-up, and contribute enthusiastically to snacks.
