My name is Kevin, 21 years old, and I am a Vietnamese undergraduate student currently studying at RMIT University Vietnam. I will participate in a one-semester exchange program at RMIT University in Melbourne, and I will reside in Melbourne from 23rd February 2026 for four months before returning to Vietnam to complete my degree.
I am writing to introduce myself as a prospective tenant and to explain why I believe I would be a reliable and suitable fit for you. During my time in Melbourne, my primary focus will be on my academic studies at RMIT Melbourne, alongside my participation in university sports activities.
I am an active and disciplined individual who plays university basketball. Sport is an important part of my routine, as it helps me maintain a healthy and structured lifestyle. Training sessions and matches are scheduled and organised, which means I keep a consistent daily routine and value adequate rest, cleanliness, and a quiet living environment.
I consider myself a respectful, quiet, and tidy tenant. I do not smoke, do not host parties, and do not have pets. I take pride in keeping my living space clean and treating the property with care and consideration at all times. I am fully committed to complying with all rental agreements and house rules.
