I'm an organised and a tidy person
I don't smoke and rarely drink.
I also don't watch TV nor do I party so I don't make much noise.
I like to keep busy and my studies take alot of time, so I'm usually out of the house by 9:00am and don't get back until around 11pm including weekends. So I'm almost never at home, but when I am, I'm down for the occasional chat.

I'm looking for walking distance to listed stations (10min).
I wear earplugs when I sleep so I can handle some noise, I just want flatmates that are clean and tidy.
Ideally they're ok with my girlfriend staying over occasionally, likely only one night in a week (not multiple).
